Aerobotix Secures Second International F-35 Contract with European Partner

Aerobotix secured a second international contract with a new F-35 European partner, further expanding our global presence in aerospace manufacturing. This latest agreement strengthens our position as a leading provider of robotic coating solutions for critical defense programs.

Innovative Multi-Robot Workcell Solution

The customer, responsible for manufacturing and receiving components for Full-Up F-35 aircraft assembly, wanted an advanced multiple-robot workcell that would apply several specialized coatings to complete aircraft. What makes this system revolutionary is its efficiency: just three robots positioned on X, Y, and Z rails can complete all required coating processes by strategically moving around the aircraft.

“Being able to execute critical, automated processes on large parts with so few robots is going to be a game changer,” says Keith Pfeifer, Aerobotix Program Manager for the project. “We can reduce cost, risk, and complexity for the customer while still meeting their requirements.”

Strategic European Expansion

This second European F-35 contract demonstrates our proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality automation solutions across international manufacturing environments. The partnership reflects growing demand for advanced robotics in aircraft production as manufacturers seek improved efficiency while maintaining the exacting standards required for military aviation.

As we continue expanding in global aerospace markets, this contract reinforces Aerobotix’s commitment to innovation in robotic integration. Our ability to deliver complex systems that simplify manufacturing processes positions us for continued growth in the international defense sector, supporting partners in one of aerospace’s most sophisticated manufacturing programs.
