HUNTSVILLE, Ala.—Aerobotix, an AS9100-certified FANUC robotics integrator, announces today that it recently received a special award at a Lockheed Martin supplier conference. Specifically, Lockheed Martin presented the company with a 2022 Supplier Recognition Award for Ease of Doing Business. Consequently, the award describes Aerobotix as “a vital partner” of Lockheed Martin’s Space division.
Lockheed Martin operates from its headquarters in Maryland. Overall, the global security and aerospace firm employs approximately 114,000 people worldwide. The company principally engages in research, design, development, and manufacture of advanced technology systems. In particular, it also focuses on integration and sustainment of products and services.
Notably, Aerobotix has served as a Lockheed Martin supplier for the past 18 years. During this time, the company has provided robotics and automation support to multiple LM divisions. These include Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control, and Space.
